I'm an User-experience designer adept in researching, wire framing, identifying and incorporating consumer needs into user-centered web and mobile app designs. Expertise includes:

• User Research: Improve Website alignment with customer needs through user research that includes in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries and field/diary studies.

• Persona Creation: Lead persona creation to optimize user journeys, develop site maps and construct wire frames enabling effortless navigation.

• Usability Testing: Participate in all phases of usability testing in lab and remote settings.

• Web Design and Development: Responsive front-end design and development with HTML, CSS, JS and Python.

For the most part of early career, I’ve been a Web and Graphic Designer. My transition to UX Design came about during my under grad school project as it wouldn’t get approved. I researched for ways to better approach my web design, and I came across UX Design. That was 6 years ago and design for me has never been better. I have launched over 10 web projects, and have worked in the E-commerce retail sector solving customer facing problems for different niche demographics.
