As the device aspect ratio slowly leans towards 2:1, It’s getting important to use the vertical real estate.
In this case, on of the design decision is to switch images depending on aspect ratio of the device. It’s a different approach to responsive images but I think serves the better good. Solves SEO problems, we can tailor better image content and make it look and feel better.
